HISTORY OF BRIDGETOWN, WESTERN AUSTRALIA

The purpose of this site is to gather and present information, photographs and comment regarding the early history of Bridgetown in Western Australia.

The developmental form that the web site takes, and the possible subsequent development of a written history hopefully will evolve over time. I propose to start with documenting some of the early significant residences built in the area, including some interesting details I have found regarding the families involved. During the development of the site, if information arises about other significant buildings and sites I intend to include these for interest, feedback and comment.
